School intake zones and public school master records: NSW Department of Education, Creative Commons Attribution, downloaded 28 October 2026. Individual boundary dates vary; confirm enrolment through School Finder. Non-government schools are not loaded. City of Gold Coast flood levels
The designated flood level comparison service currently requires Council authorisation and is not available to LoQal as open data. LoQal does not supply a designated flood level when access is unavailable. Use Council's flood level search or contact Council to confirm the level and access terms. Google Maps supplies place information, ratings and review counts where shown. Links open the corresponding Google Maps place. Ratings may change and are not independently verified by LoQal. Google attribution accompanies the relevant results. Saved reports omit Google-supplied agency details; open Google Maps for current information.

Where Google Maps or Google-supplied content is used, the applicable Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service at https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/ and Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy apply. Required Google branding and attribution must remain visible. These references do not replace review of the provider agreements or permit extraction beyond the applicable terms.

Sales evidence is linked to property-specific sources where available. Undisclosed sales are excluded from numeric price evidence. LoQal generated summaries and agent-style appraisals are indicative research, not a valuation. Source inclusion does not imply endorsement.
