Coverage waitlist

If you join the coverage waitlist, LoQal records your email, requested area and consent time to notify you about coverage for that area. This does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Contact info@loqal.au to withdraw consent or remove your waitlist entry.

Information collected

Access inquiries collect the name, email address, company and message you submit. Account and service records may include sign-in identifiers, account tier, searched property addresses, research results, run timing, usage and diagnostic information. Do not submit unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

How information is used

QIDO International Pty Ltd, ABN 47 120 060 504, uses information to respond to inquiries, administer accounts and subscriptions, verify access, produce and reuse property research, store saved reports, troubleshoot failures and protect the service. Contact info@loqal.au. Underlying property research may be reused across authorised accounts; your saved-report collection remains account-restricted.

Account records include terms acceptance and marketing preferences. Marketing depends on your recorded preference, and you can ask to stop it. Promotional-code redemption may notify the operator of the redeeming account email and purchase type for promotion administration.

Payments

Stripe handles payment details through its hosted checkout under its privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy. LoQal stores payment and subscription references and status, not full card details. Receipts, verification and renewal notices are service communications.

Service providers and overseas processing

Hosting, account access, email delivery, mapping and research rely on external service providers, including Lovable Cloud, Google, Geoapify, Anthropic and research service providers. Depending on the selected service, an address, property facts and research instructions may be sent to those providers. Processing may occur outside Australia; Australian-only processing is not promised. Contact info@loqal.au for information about the providers handling your information.

Storage, security and retention

Accounts and saved reports are protected by access controls; no system guarantees absolute security. Pro saved reports become inaccessible on lapse and are retained for 90 days before deletion. Account, billing, research and diagnostic records may be retained separately where needed for service operation, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Access, correction and complaints

Contact info@loqal.au to request access, correction or deletion, change your marketing preference or raise a privacy concern. We may verify identity. Legal retention obligations and records needed to prevent repeated trial abuse may limit deletion; we will explain applicable limitations. If a complaint is not resolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where its jurisdiction applies.

Browser storage

The service uses browser storage for sign-in state and report behaviour. Third-party maps and source links may have their own cookies and privacy notices. You can clear browser storage through your browser settings; doing so may sign you out and remove recent-search preferences.
