Service and access

LoQal is an independent property research service operated by QIDO International Pty Ltd, ABN 47 120 060 504. Contact info@loqal.au. It is not affiliated with any council or the Queensland Government. Verify your email and keep your account details secure; do not transfer your account or share your sign-in details.

Use the service lawfully. Do not bypass access controls or report allowances, extract private tool files, interfere with other users or misuse third-party data.

Property reports and appraisals

Reports combine Council, State and other third-party records with researched estimates. Coverage, currency and accuracy vary. Unknown property features, missing sales and delayed source updates can affect results.

Price estimates and agent-style appraisals are indicative research, not a certified valuation, professional advice, title search, survey, building inspection or confirmation of development rights. Verify material facts with the original source and suitably qualified professionals before making decisions.

Third-party information

Source links and attribution identify the origin of information where available. Third-party content remains subject to its provider's terms and licences. A source's inclusion does not imply endorsement of LoQal.

Plans and allowances

Free includes three property-report unlocks for life per verified normalised email, each available for 30 days. Email aliases do not create a new allowance. Free does not include PDF export or saved reports.

Pro is A$49.99 per month or A$480 annually, including GST, with 15 new property unlocks per monthly allowance cycle. Unused included reports do not roll over. One canonical property counts once, not once per refresh or section. Recent available research may be reused. Pro members may buy five extra reports for A$10 including GST, used after included reports. Top-ups expire 90 days after the subscription ends.

Pro includes PDF downloads and up to ten saved comprehensive property reports in your profile while active. Saved reports lock on lapse and are retained for 90 days before deletion. Enterprise terms are agreed separately in writing.

Payments, renewal and cancellation

Stripe provides checkout, payment processing, receipts and payment management. Prices, billing intervals and discounts are shown before payment confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; annual subscribers receive a reminder 30 days before renewal.

Cancel using Manage or cancel in your account, or contact info@loqal.au for help. Access continues to the end of the paid period. A failed renewal has a seven-day grace period; if it remains unpaid, Pro lapses to Free with the trial allowance treated as used. A billing-interval change does not restart the allowance cycle.

No partial-period refund is offered simply for unused time or reports, subject to Australian Consumer Law guarantees. If the service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, contact us to discuss the remedy to which you are entitled.

Availability and changes

External sources may be unavailable, incomplete or delayed. Reports are point-in-time research, not a promise that every check is available. Check source links and research dates, and notify us of significant errors or unavailable paid features. We may restrict access reasonably to protect accounts or address breaches. Material changes to ongoing subscription terms will be communicated in advance with cancellation available before they apply.

Your rights and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Obtain independent professional advice before relying on a report for a transaction. Raise complaints at info@loqal.au so we can try to resolve them.

Queensland law governs these terms and the parties submit to Queensland courts, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or any forum required by applicable law.
